Telephony and AI voice
Customers must ensure that outbound calling, recording, marketing and personal-data processing comply with laws that apply to them. In the UK, automated marketing calls may be subject to PECR. ADGLOB does not provide legal compliance as a product of this website. See outbound agents.
Prohibited uses
- Unsolicited spam or unlawful automated marketing
- Fraud, phishing or impersonation
- Attacks on systems you do not own or administer
- Hosting or distributing malware
- Attempting to bypass security controls on ADGLOB or customer systems
- Pretending an automated agent is a live human operator
Infrastructure
Managed servers remain subject to the upstream provider’s acceptable use policy as well as ours. ADGLOB is not a VPS reseller; compute stays billed to you.
